Hala N. Ballouz, P.E. is the President and Owner of Electric Power Engineers, Inc.

Hala received her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from  Texas A&M University in 1989 , and her Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1991.  She is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas Idaho, and Rhode Island.

Hala is a licensed member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
She is also a licensed member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and Power Society and a member of the Texas Renewable Energy Association.
