Engineering Coordination: Coordination of design engineering- procurement-construction of the electrical system associated with the Caprock Wind Ranch was completed for Texas Wind Power Company.
Distribution Line Construction and rehabilitation projects include preparation of staking sheets, line staking, construction contract preparation, construction observation, inspection and contract closeout document preparation.
Transmission Line Construction, including preparation of plan and profile sheets for 69 and 138 kV transmission has been completed by EPE, Inc.

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system services have included design, material specifications, installation specifications and testing specifications for SCADA systems installed with Remote Terminal Units.
Power Plant Operation scheduling to determine the most economical mix of generated and purchased power has been completed for our clients.
System Operations Summary reporting summarizes input from information metering installed on substations and distribution feeders on a quarterly basis. These recommendations include capacitor switching, phase balancing and load shifting.

Apartment Submetering services, including meter reading, meter calibration and tenant bill preparation is completed monthly for EPE's clients.
